Qualifying work comes with a written guarantee you keep. Here is what it covers and how it works.
What the guarantee covers
Our 20 year written guarantee covers the workmanship on qualifying jobs, such as re-roofs and the roofing we install. The exact scope for your job is set out in your written quote and guarantee document, so you know before work starts what is covered.
What it does not cover
- Damage caused by storms beyond normal conditions, falling trees or impact
- Parts of the roof we did not work on
- Work altered or repaired by someone else afterwards
- Minor temporary or emergency make-safe repairs, which are quoted separately
How to make a claim
- Call us on 0800 494 7291 and tell us what you have noticed.
- Have your guarantee document to hand.
- We arrange a visit to inspect the work.
- If the problem is covered, we put it right.
Keep your guarantee with your house documents. It is useful if you sell the house.
