Who we are

This website is run by Pulborough Roofing Company, roofers serving Pulborough and the surrounding villages. You can contact us by phone on 0800 494 7291.

What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your town or postcode, and a description of the roofing problem. When you phone us we may note your name, number and address so that we can visit.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, provide a quote and carry out and guarantee any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Lawful basis

We process your details because you have asked us to take steps before entering a contract (a quote), to perform a contract (the work), and to keep records we are legally required to keep.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period. Records of completed work are kept for as long as the guarantee and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
